ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Howling Heroes Collectibles LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, accidental purchases, changes of mind, ordering the wrong item, changes in collectible value, or dissatisfaction with conditions clearly shown or described in the listing.

COLLECTIBLE CONDITION

Please review all photographs and read the complete product description before purchasing. Vintage, pre-owned, and collectible items may have shelf wear, package wear, age-related imperfections, or manufacturer variations. Any known material flaws will be photographed or disclosed in the listing.

SEALED ITEMS

Items sold as factory sealed cannot be returned or refunded after the seal or packaging has been opened, altered, removed, or damaged. This protects the authenticity and collectible value of the item.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MATERIALLY MISDESCRIBED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the incorrect item, or the item is materially different from its listing, contact us at howlingheroescollectibles@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs of:

• The item
• The shipping box
• All packing materials
• The shipping label
• Any visible damage

Keep the item, packaging, and packing materials until the claim is resolved. Do not open, alter, repair, discard, or return the item without instructions from Howling Heroes Collectibles.

Verified issues will be reviewed individually. Depending on the circumstances, the available resolution may include a carrier claim, replacement when available, partial refund, or refund. If a return is authorized, instructions and a return shipping label will be provided. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled after fulfillment or shipping preparation has begun. A cancellation request is not guaranteed.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
